Mr. Daneman is a senior executive with a successful proven track record in developing and operating complex businesses. He’s experienced in start-up and restructuring underperforming companies. He has initiated and successfully completed various mergers, acquisitions, a leveraged buyout of Orthopedic Technology, Inc. and a high profile IPO. He has international sales experience which has taken him throughout Europe and Latin America and is especially tuned to cultural differences and implications. He has managed up to 350 employees and has been responsible for company sales in excess of $180M. Mr. Daneman has a BS in Business Administration from Sonoma State University.
Mr. Chang is an executive with broad experience in transforming the revenue growth and profitability of new and established global companies using unparalleled marketing, sales, and business development expertise. Mr. Chang headed up and drove the early-stage marketing and business development efforts for Cold Stone Creamery in a market now consisting of 100 locations, building brand awareness and developing local cooperative market regions. Mr. Chang also handled product launch and market research for IPIX, along with corporate marketing communications for PictureWorks Technology, Inc. which was acquired for $175M. Mr. Chang has a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California.
